Our client is a leading business process outsourcing company that provides sales, customer care and technical support services to a long list of respected brands. You will be working for one of the best known, multilingual Contact centres worldwide. To expand their team in Athens, Greece, they’re looking to recruit an Arabic speaking Supervisor for Customer Service (Athens).
In this role you will be responsible for retaining existing customers by supervising a team of dedicated customer service agents. You’ll be expected to achieve or exceed predetermined goals and improve Key Process Indicators, to increase volume and customer service quality.
A minimum of 1 year customer service required. A degree or appropriate education. Call centre experience is considered an advantage. You’re an active listener and can identify customer and agent needs. Strong decision making and analytical and service skills. You communicate in Arabic fluently, both written and spoken. A working level of English is required.
