For our client, a multinational forex trading company, we are hiring a English speaking Operations Associate to join in their team in Sofia, Bulgaria:
- To activate accounts;
- To process various transactions;
- To post deposits;
- To communicate actively with clients vie phone or email;
- To translate and manage operational and financial documents;
- To perform other job related tasks;
The ideal candidate must possess:
- A good command of the English language – both written and spoken;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Attention to details and ability to work within short deadlines;
- Ability to work in shifts (from 09:00 – 18:00 till 12:00 – 21:00), Monday-Friday;
- Previous working experience in a related field and fluency in a second language would be considered as a strong advantage;
- Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related field is considered a plus;
