For multiple of our clients located in the United Kingdom we’re looking for (NMC) registered nurses and caretakers.
In this role you’ll be responsible of delivering excellent standards of care to elderly and other patients, promoting dignity and positively enhancing the lives of the individuals in their care.
A large part of your role will include ensuring the delivery of quality care by continually assessing the needs and wishes of the residents. You will develop, review and update care plans to meet the changing physical, social and psychological needs of the residents. You will have to communicate professionally and warmly with visitors, including family, friends and other external stakeholders and comply with all legal, regulatory and best medical practice guidelines. Lastly you will have to ensure that medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered.
To qualify for this position you will require the following a Bachelor degree in Nursing and either NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Counsil, UK) registration, being in process of NMC registration or willing to register. You have a minimum of 6 months nursing experience and a good level of verbal and written English. It’s important to have a deep understanding of the care which will be involved when it comes to (elderly) patients.
Our client offers you the chance to work in a various of the best state hospitals in the United Kingdom. They will offer you a good remuneration package, pay for the flight and often for accommodation. Some hospitals will let you work as a caretaker until NMC registered as well. Experience in working as an individual nurse is not mandatory as our client has a great induction and training program and will make sure you’re properly trained before starting.
