Our client is the absolute biggest provider of IT hardware, software and services to consumers, SMEs and large enterprises including the government, health and education sector. They’re currently looking for Support Agent’s fluent in German.
In this role you will be responsible for resolving technical issues through phone and e-support from internal or external business and user’s contacts. You will have to respond to a variety of requests including, but not limited to; service- product- technical- and customer questions regarding features, specifications, repairs, parts and options depending on the customer’s needs. As part of the team you will escalate outstanding issues and work with your team members to ensure the required service level agreements are being met.
In order to be successful in this role you must be able to identify and solve complex orders in a precise, timely manner. You’re a service oriented team player with good communication skills. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are second to none. Communication in fluent English and German is mandatory, both verbal and written. A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience and 1 year experience in a customer support or system administration role is considered an advantage.
