For their Hilton-project in the office in Sofia, Bulgaria they are looking for Hotel Reservation Agents that speak Dutch.
In this role you will be part of the team that provides the highest level of sales and customer service to Hilton’s guests and members from around Europe.
As part of this team you will be responsible for communicating with international business- and leisure guests by phone, guiding them through their reservation experience and ensuring that each guest receives world-class service. You will have to achieve high sales results by tailoring offers specifically to match your guests’ travel needs and work with hotels to create unforgettable stays for them.
In order to be considered for this role we’re looking for people with excellent communication skills and previous experience in the customer service, sales or hospitality industry. You’re detail oriented and possess strong decision making and analytical abilities. You’re an active listener that is able to identify the customers’ needs and potential up- or cross-sales possibilities.
As you will be responsible for handling the Dutch clients you must be able to communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch, both oral and written.
