Our client is a global BPO and technology-enabled services company offering an integrated set of back-office and customer facing front-office services that support the entire customer lifecycle. Currently the company is hiring Email Support Consultants with German or Dutch & English for their office in Sofia, Bulgaria
- Responsible for delivering support that results in a positive customer experience
- Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately
- Work as part of the team
- Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required
- Fluency in English and German/Dutch language – B2H/C1 for both languages
- Experience of working in a customer-centric environment is preferred
- A background in working in an environment that offers customer service.
- Knowledge of working in a subscription / technical industry a plus.
Working hours: On rotation: 8 am – 5 pm/10am – 7pm (Monday – Sunday)
